Lisa is a multidimensional healer, breathwork pioneer, and spiritual guide with over 18 years of experience in trauma-informed healing, addiction recovery, and somatic integration. She is the co-founder of One Breath Institute and the creator of Introspective Breathwork™, a therapeutic modality that helps people release what holds them back and remember who they truly are.
Deeply attuned to both the mystical and the practical, Lisa weaves together sacred wisdom, somatic intelligence, and soul frequencies to help others awaken their gifts, embody their truth, and walk their unique path of evolution. She believes healing isn’t simply about fixing what’s broken—
